Sister Aloysius

Mary Randolph

Mary feels fortunate to be included in this production. Mary has a BFA from Point Park University (when it was still a college!) with a concentration in Theater. She has spent the last 30+ years performing, teaching and directing, with some time off to concentrate on raising her amazing son, Logan. Mary was last seen at South Park Theater, as Ida in Mornings at Seven.

Through the years, Mary has performed with numerous local venues, including the Pittsburgh Playhouse, Pittsburgh Public Theater, Little Lake Theater, and many others.

Some of her favorite roles include: Big Mama, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof;  Berthe, Boeing Boeing; Mattie Fae Aiken, August: Osage County; Aunt Queenie, Bell, Book and Candle; Prudie, Pump Boys and Dinettes, and many other roles including some great original, first-time produced plays and musicals.

One of the best compliments Mary ever received was when a fellow actor told her, after realizing he had seen her in various roles, that she was a “chameleon.” These days, Mary spends her days (and some nights!) as a Standardized Patient for the University of Pittsburgh, and other universities. For the past 13 years, she has also a Section Leader for East Liberty Presbyterian Church.
